Normand L. Jacques started his real estate career shortly after obtaining his degree in Computer Science/ Programming in 1986. He began by selling residential real estate, and two years later, he became interested in commercial real estate and investment analysis. During that time, he participated in the organization and operation of a Real Estate Management Company. In 1990, Normand decided to return to residential real estate sales for the excitement and satisfaction of helping customers and clients obtain their American Dream.

 

He obtained his Real Estate Broker's license in 1991. Two years later, with his success and persistence, he became the owner of a company known as Homesgroup Real Estate, Inc. for thirteen years. Normand places a high priority on education. Over his 20+ years in the real estate business, he has obtained the GRI, CRS, and CRB educational designations. He is a notary public and has his Auctioneer's license in order to provide additional alternatives in marketing and sales.
